As an owner you can access up to the minute information on all the key aspects of your property from our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for free.

If your Property Manager is unavailable at any time during business hours your message will be returned within 6 business hours.

Any email messages will be returned within one business day.
Work ethic

The highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional practice will be conducted in compliance with the Code of Conduct of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
Letting

Your Property Manager will communicate with you at least twice a week while your property is available to lease (unless you instruct otherwise).
Rent Collection

We will use the most efficient systems available for rent collection. In the event that your tenant ever fails to pay the rent on time, we will pursue the rent arrears with the maximum speed the law will allow.
Income

We will deposit your income into your nominated bank account within 2 working days of processing End of Month.
Guarantee

If we fail to meet any of these standards the next month’s management of your property will be provided to you free of charge.
